The Scarsdale Diet Application is developed in order to help all users who have overweight problems and want to lose some weight in just two weeks. The Scarsdale Medical Diet is developed in 1978 by Dr. Herman Tarnower to help people with hearth problems to reduce their weight. The diet becomes that popular because of the variety of food that is included.

The application is built in native Objective-C code which makes is very smooth and easy to use. The user needs to pick a date for the start of his/hers diet cycle using the unique iOS datepicker element.

Each day of the diet provides an exact list of allowed food divided in three – breakfast, lunch and dinner. Before text there is a lovely picture that show a dish from the menu.

After a period of testing and approval the application will be able in the AppStore.

If you are a developer just like me and love developing for iOS your contribution for the product will be greatly appreciated at GitHub – repository at GitHub. The future development of the product will include social integration button that will allow users to share it with their online friends. Improvment of the UI is also in the To-Do list so the app becomes a little easier to use. Adding accessibility feature to the app will make it even more popular.
